The coastline is a continuous stretch of spotless, sandy beaches and crystal clear water as far as the Port El Kantaoui. This “ancient” resort is actually purpose built, with a chic modern marina and bustling promenade. Keen golfers will find an international 18 hole golf course, while sailing enthusiasts can enjoy the sight of multi-million pound yachts bobbing in the harbour.

Holidays here aren’t complete without haggling at the historic medina, which stocks rugs, jewellery, leather goods and much more.
If you want to dine, there is a plentiful selection of restaurants offering a cosmopolitan range of cuisines. Sousse’s nightlife mainly revolves around the entertainment laid on by the hotels, and the famous casino.
