Sidari Holidays

Sidari for family holidays and last minute breaks

Sidari is probably Corfu’s most famous resort and a Mecca for cheap family holidays. Sited on the picturesque north coast, it has grown from a small fishing village into a bustling commercial resort which, somehow, has lost none of its traditional Greek charm.
Sidari offers last minute breaks of every kind, from all inclusive holidays in smart, purpose built hotels to self-catering accommodation in tidy beachfront apartments. Popular for both single and family holidays, it offers an eclectic mix of secluded, hideaway coves by day and a lively, bustling club scene by night.
We at Future Travel offer cheap, last minute breaks in Sidari that are bookable throughout the year.

What is there at Sidari?

Sidari is buzzing with clubs, tavernas and shops, but like all Corfu resorts this is very contained. Go a short distance along the coast, or inland, and it is total peace and seclusion.
Sidari is renowned for both its waterfront and its nightlife. Those on family breaks can enjoy beautiful beaches boasting a variety of watersports by day, and Zorba dancing, bouzouki bands, karaoke and other amusements by night. Youngsters have a variety of clubs and discos where they can dance till dawn if they want to.
Eating here is incredibly good value, meaning many people take last minute breaks on a room only basis.  Sidari has a large number of cheap restaurants, offering everything from British fare to traditional Greek cuisine. Family holidays have plenty of familiar fast food outlets to choose from, as well as tavernas serving more ambitious dishes. Fresh squid, locally caught fish, Greek salads, home baked bread and local olives are on every mezes menu.

Family holidays on the beach

Sidari’s coveted blue flag beaches are surrounded by numerous small inlets and bays – many only accessible by boat. Even in the height of the season, it is possible to find your own deserted hideaway. The Sidari area is renowned for its striking rock formations, which form natural coves offering sheltered protection from the sun as well as safe bathing in the shallows. The famous Canal D'Amour, to the west, is a haven for cave explorers and scuba divers.
If you tire of exploring the natural rocky inlets, you can take part in a number of watersports from the three main beaches. These include water skiing, pedalo hire, paragliding and scuba diving. Family breaks aren’t complete without hiring a boat for the day and exploring the coast.
We at Future Travel have last minute breaks at Sidari that are just a few clicks away from becoming reality.
