Rhodes is a large Greek island on the eastern side of Greece and it is part of the Dodecanese group, which offers the widest choice of beach resorts than any other resort in the group. Most importantly, Rhodes has the longest summer season of all the Greek islands.

Quieter beaches can also be found on the southern part of the island.

Rhodes is renowned for its watersports offered at most of its beaches however, some of the best scuba diving conditions at Kallithea with great windsurfing opportunities at Trianda. Kallithea Bay is a very beautiful and tranquil spot which provides the perfect opportunity to explore underwater caves and the ruins of ancient underwater spa baths.
At most beaches in Rhodes fun activities take place such as jet ski-ing, pedalos, banana boat rides, windsurfing lessons, paragliding, parasailing ad water skiing.
Whilst there is horse-riding, golf, tennis, go karting, paintballing and even bungee jumping, for those wanting an all inclusive day of fun, Rhodes has one of the best water parks in the Greek Islands based at Faliraki.
There are many sightseeing opportunities in Rhodes thanks to its ancient history and there are a number of boat trips to beautiful islands such as Symi and Kos. One of the most beautiful villages on the island is Lindos.
There are plenty of Blue Flag beaches in Rhodes with more sheltered sunbathing spots on the east coast. The Aegean side is on the winder west coast which has fine sandy beaches and many isolated coves.
