Beautiful Destinations

A popular stopover is the town of Guadalest.  This ancient town dates back to 715 and takes you back to a time when the Moors inhabited this area of Spain.  There are tours to be had of the old town and there are some beautiful craft shops and museums steeped in history to explore.

At Mundomar you will find an amazing marine and bird park.  There is a stunning array of marine life and bird life to see including sea lions and dolphins.

The wine valley of Jalon has several wine cellars for wine connoisseurs to enjoy wine tasting and wine shopping.  This is a must-see tourist attraction for those that like a tipple.

Another stunning destination is the single populated island along this part of the Spanish coastline, Tabarca.  Tabarca is also a natural marine reserve and there are regular trips to and from the island.  This nature haven is worth experiencing for its sparkling clear waters that provide an unbelievable view of the rich marine life.  It is a mecca for scuba divers all year round.  Other activities include snorkelling, and the island has some great restaurants and bars.
