Beach Holidays

Nine out of ten last minute breaks are booked with beach holidays in mind. What kind of beach largely depends on you – do you want the water sports and smouldering temperatures of Hammamet, or the more family orientated resorts of Florida? We at Future Travel have a wide range of low cost last minute beach holiday breaks across the globe.
Beach holidays are about activity and fun. While Egypt and Tunisia may be overpowering in the summer, out-of-season last minute breaks offer just the right temperatures for family holidays. Take a look at our all inclusive holidays in Hammamet and Sharm el Sheikh. They offer everything from reef diving to castles in the sand – quite literally.
Florida isn’t just about Disney World – it offers great value family breaks based around the beach resorts as well. Naples is ideal for Disneyphobics. All inclusive holidays in the Caribbean sound like the stuff of dreams, yet there are some excellent cheap last minute breaks to be had on Cuba, Barbados and the Dominican Republic. Other exotic destinations for beach orientated family holidays include Goa, Kenya and Cancun, in Mexico.

Family beach holidays in the Mediterranean

For cheap last minute breaks, you can’t beat Spain. The Costa Brava, Blanca, Almeria and del Sol offer all inclusive holidays in beach resorts for families, couples, and party clubbing singles. As well as the party resorts of Benidorm, Marbella and Toremelinos there are numerous smaller, family-orientated places where you can book family breaks in scenic villages with quiet, unspoilt beaches. The Costa Almeria is largely unspoilt, but even the Costa del Sol has its quieter areas.
Mallorca, in the Balearics, caters for all tastes. The resorts of Magaluf and Sa Coma offer totally opposite experiences for beach holidays – yet are right next door to each other! Ibiza, of course, needs no introduction – but be aware there are quieter family holidays away from the main resorts, and the island has a lot of unspoilt natural beauty.
The Canaries offer cheap family holidays all year round. Lanzarote and Tenerife might not have golden sand – it’s volcanic – but they make up for it in beach activities and sight-seeing tours. If you want golden sand, try the Greek islands like Crete and Corfu, or the self-contained islands of Cyprus and Malta. The Algarve, Portugal is renowned for its high quality all inclusive, beach holidays.

European beach holidays

The Black Sea resorts of Bulgaria now equal the Med for their choice of all inclusive holidays, while France and Jersey can be reached by car. The number of opportunities for last minute breaks on the beach are endless – just take a look at our pages at Future Travel to see what’s on offer now.
